Trademark custom registration in Afghanistan

Registring a mark in custom will prevent unathorized importing of the goods by unathorized parties. its possible to register either in one or all 11 customs in Afghanistan for which ATPA facilitate the process.

Requirement:

• A copy of the registration and/or latest renewal certificate,
• A Power of Attorney duly notarized and legalized up to Afghan consulate,
• A clear copy of the device mark.
